Shipping

We work with clients in the UK and internationally and work with our trusted couriers to deliver worldwide. Shipping rates will be calculated individually for each order at checkout, prior to completing your purchase. When working with us bespoke we will discuss your shipping with you when we organise the logistics and timescale of your order.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our wedding dresses whether they are purchased as a made to measure online order or as a fully bespoke piece. Each dress that we make is made to order to each brides individual size and requests, so therefore cannot be resold to any other individual. Should you have an issue with your wedding dress please do not hesitate to contact us regarding your complaint. We work tirelessly to ensure our brides are always extremely happy with their dresses but should you not be fully content, please be assured that we will do our best to sort any issues with the upmost urgency.
